Renewed
Mothers.

A weekly support group for women who have lost custody of their child due to their battle with addiction — and every woman still fighting to hold on.

WeeklyFaith-centeredAll stages of recovery

The room

A safe, faith-centered space where women can find strength, guidance, and the unwavering love of God.

The road to restoration isn't easy — but no mother should have to walk it alone. Through compassion, community, and grace, we help mothers rediscover their worth, rebuild their confidence, and renew their hope. Because at Ruth's Renewal, every story can be redeemed — and every mother deserves the chance to rise again.

The shape of a week.

Five parts

01

Step One

Weekly gatherings.

Every week, mothers gather in a warm room free of stigma. Trained facilitators — women who have walked similar paths — open with prayer, guide the discussion, and close with a shared devotional.

  • ·Discussion topics — forgiveness, self-worth, parenting after trauma, coping with loss, building healthy support.
  • ·Sharing circles — every mother is met with empathy, never judgment.
  • ·Faith & encouragement — devotionals focused on grace and renewal.

02

Step Two

Healing through connection.

Isolation is one of the largest barriers to recovery. This program builds sisterhood — women in different stages of the journey learning from one another's strength.

  • ·Mothers working toward reunification, mothers who have accomplished it, and mothers who never had the chance — all sit together.
  • ·The diversity of experiences deepens perspective, compassion, and hope.

03

Step Three

Counseling & mentorship.

One-on-one faith-based counseling and peer mentorship. Someone at your side, week after week, until the ground under you feels solid again.

  • ·Rebuild confidence, develop coping tools, strengthen the spiritual foundation.
  • ·Ensures every mother feels seen, valued, and supported.

04

Step Four

Life-skills workshops.

Healing the heart is the center — practical life is the frame around it. Monthly workshops help mothers prepare for a stable, hopeful future.

  • ·Healthy parenting after trauma.
  • ·Emotional regulation and stress management.
  • ·Goal setting and time management.
  • ·Employment readiness and financial literacy.
  • ·Spiritual growth and daily devotion.

05

Step Five

Renewal retreats.

Through the year, retreats and celebration gatherings honor progress, encourage reflection, and strengthen the bonds within the group.

  • ·A reminder that every mother's journey — no matter how difficult — is worth celebrating.

Our mission

Emotional, spiritual, and relational healing for mothers impacted by addiction and separation from their children — whether reunification is in progress, has happened, or never came.

Hands holding a small wooden cross

Why the program matters

Their story isn't over.

Addiction and separation leave lasting wounds. For many mothers, the hardest part of recovery isn't overcoming addiction — it's facing the grief, guilt, and fear that linger afterward.

This program meets women right where they are, with open arms and understanding hearts. It gives them a voice, a family of faith, and the reminder that their story isn't over.

God's grace is not limited by their past. Healing is possible. Restoration is possible. Even when reunification never comes, peace and purpose can still be found.

Come as you are

Leave renewed in heart, hope, and faith.
